The property occupies the former site of Maagiri, the residence of former First Lady Naseema, which was later known as Maagiri Lodge. This location notably accommodated the first group of tourists to arrive in the Maldives in 1972.The hotel reflects a unique connection to the nation’s tourism heritage and evolution. Today, it upholds this distinguished legacy while offering a refined and contemporary hospitality experience.
