- Uninterrupted 10 nights of minimum stay is required to qualify for the rate.
- In the event that a long stay of 10 nights is shortened by an unexpected early departure, the total duration of the originally booked stay must be paid and charges will NOT be Refunded

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth and seamless reservation experience, please note the following:
- A full credit card prepayment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, changes to the booking are not available.
- Should a guest choose to depart earlier than scheduled after check-in, the hotel would apply full charges for the remaining unused nights.
- Prepayments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- In cases where a refund is applicable, bank and card processing charges will be deducted in accordance with the card type used.
- Applicable bank charges are as follows:
- Visa & American Express Debit Cards: 2.5% of the total payment
- Visa Credit & MasterCard: 3.5% of the total payment
- American Express Credit Cards: 4% of the total payment
